Is the inspection really free?+
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We measure the roof, photograph what we find, check the deck, flashing and penetrations, and give you a written itemised quote. If you take it elsewhere, that is fine.
How quickly can you come out?+
For an active leak or storm damage, call rather than use the form, and we will prioritise it. For a planned replacement quote, we usually schedule within a few days.
What should I have ready?+
Nothing essential. If you have them to hand, the approximate age of the roof, any prior permits, and your insurance declarations page all help, particularly the line that says whether your policy is replacement cost or actual cash value.
Do you charge for a second opinion?+
No. If you have a quote from someone else and want it sanity-checked, we will look at it. Ask us specifically about the underlayment and the NOA numbers, because that is usually where a suspiciously cheap quote is cheap.
