Metal

Standing seam in bronze, silver, galvalume and charcoal. Concealed fasteners, 40 to 70 year life, and the highest uplift ratings of anything we fit. Most of our completed-project photography is metal because it is what most owners choose once they see the lifetime cost. Metal roofing, from $10/sq ft.

Tile

Barrel and flat-profile concrete and clay, in single colours and blends. This is what most HOA architectural committees in Coral Gables, Weston, Boca Raton and much of Miami-Dade expect to see. Tile roofing, from $9/sq ft.

Shingle

Architectural shingle in charcoal, driftwood and weathered wood. The lowest entry cost we offer and still installed to the HVHZ nailing schedule with an approved underlayment beneath. Shingle roofing, from $6/sq ft.

Metal slate and flat

Pressed metal slate for the slate look without the weight, and welded membrane on the low-slope and flat sections that show up on a lot of mid-century and modern South Florida homes. A mixed roof is quoted as two systems, not one blended rate. Metal slate, from $12/sq ft.
