Who we are.
SkyGuard Roofing is a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor operating out of Fort Lauderdale and working across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We install four materials, shingle, tile, metal and metal slate, and we publish the rate for each one rather than making you book a sales visit to find out.

How we work, and why
- We publish our prices. Every competitor quotes a range and requires a sales visit. Our rate per square foot is on the site before you call.
- The deck rate is agreed before we start. Rotten decking is the most common reason a final invoice differs from a quote, so the per-sheet rate goes in writing first and the number cannot move on you.
- We dry in the same day. The roof is never left open overnight, whatever the forecast says.
- We chase the county. Permits, inspections and re-inspections are ours. One of our reviews is specifically about us staying on a county inspection until it cleared rather than leaving the homeowner to sort it out.
- We clean up properly. Magnetic nail sweeps and daily tidy-up. It comes up in our reviews more than almost anything else.
